Yes. That's our flagship surface. Pre-rolls, mid-rolls, overlays, sponsored cards, and Shorts ads are all blocked, with per-category toggles in the popup.
Chrome on Android doesn't allow extensions, so Smart Adblocker is desktop-only for now. The website has a send-to-desktop reminder for mobile visitors.
No. Manifest V3 uses declarative net request rules, which are evaluated by Chrome itself. There is no background script intercepting every request.
Technically yes, but we don't recommend it. Two blockers running together waste memory and can produce duplicate rules. Pick one.
Same open filter lists, similar engine. We focus on a calmer UI, modern YouTube handling, and opt-in extras like Enhanced Protection and AI Chat Anonymization that uBlock doesn't ship.
Your settings stay in browser storage by default. Two server features can send data when enabled. Enhanced Protection sends a URL, referrer, blocked count and a random install ID to tune blocking rules. AI Chat Anonymization sends prompts and outputs on supported AI sites — used only to operate, debug, and improve that feature. None of it is sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models, and one click turns either feature back off. The privacy policy lists the full inventory.
